When a visitor enters a name, place, or other query into a sponsored search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Wichita County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply address may be kept long enough to answer the request and manage the correspondence. Messages are not shared outside the operating organization unless a valid legal duty requires it.

Texas Government Code Chapter 552, the Texas Public Information Act, controls many requests made to Texas public agencies. It does not control how private search partners or advertising systems process data on their own services.
Advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure ads or show interest-based ads across websites. That tracking happens on their systems and under their policies.

Personal data is not sold as a standalone customer list. It may be received by limited parties that help run, measure, advertise, or legally protect the site.
